TEACHER DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUTION DOCUMENT:

  • Observations:
    • Non Tenure: 1st Sept.-Oct, 2nd Nov.- Jan., and 3rd Feb.-Mar.
    • Tenure: One Observation every three years
    • Reminder: Admin should meet with you within 24 hours post observation.

CLEA BEREAVEMENT BANK:
In the event of a death in the immediate family, a teacher will be eligible for up to five sick leave bank days immediately upon application and notification to either Joe Cherney or Julie Rubey.  “Immediate Family” is defined as spouse, children, parents, parents-in-law, grandparents, grandparents-in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, aunts, uncles, and stepfamily members.
​Procedure:
  1. Notify Joe Cherney or Julie Rubey by phone call, text, or email with the following information: family member, number of days requested, and dates requested
  2. Login to Teacher on call and put in a request for time off under personal leave
  3. Katie Norenberg will be notified by Joe Cherney or Julie Rubey and will change “personal leave” to “bereavement leave”.
